Welshman Cuts Balls Off to Celebrate Soccer Win Posted by wizeGurl (5278 views) [E-Mail link] A Welsh soccer fan promised his friends that if Wales beat England in the Six Nations Tournament, he'd cut his own balls off. At least he knew how to keep his word. When the team won, he ran outside the bar and severed his testicles. Then he carried his trophies back in to show his mates. An ambulance was promptly called. Apparently the man was on medication, and should not have been drinking. DUH.
