The attorney for an anti-abortion group told federal appeals court judges Monday that Honolulu's ban on aerial advertising illegally censors the group's most effective way to spread its message: flying pictures of aborted fetuses over crowded beaches.

And while we're at it, we should be fine with flying photos of hemorrhoids across beaches to advertise for hemorrhoid cream. And those diarrhea ads should be great.

And let's not forget the photos of gory corpses that anit-war groups would be free to use to support their point of view.

Yes, there's no reason whatsoever to prevent any sort of advertising.
