[Mean People]
A guy who identifies himself as Jason Fortuny, a 30 year old network administrator, posted a graphic ad on Seattle's Craigslist, pretending to be a woman wanting some BDSM sex.

Not surprisingly, many men responded, many with photos and more than a few with pics of their genitals.

Some used their work accounts, provided their real names and gave out their cellphone numbers. One looks to be a contractor for Microsoft, while another used a .mil address to reply.

Fortuny, whose MySpace profile says he likes to "push people's buttons" then posted all the photos and correspondence online.

I'm sure nothing bad will come of this...

In August 2006, the U.S. Senate unanimously agreed to a House resolution introduced by Congressman Mike Thompson (D-Napa Valley), passing the resolution recognizing the significance of the Napa Valley victory at the 1976 Paris Wine Tasting, 30 years ago. House Concurrent Resolution 399 recognizes the outstanding accomplishments of those who created the winning wines and the many successes of the California wine industry in the intervening thirty years.

A similar resolution to acknowledge the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Katrina's landfall failed to pass the House of Representatives--perhaps because it contained language suggesting that the government was committed to rebuilding New Orleans, only a year too late for most residents and business owners. (Better late than never, right? But then again, the non-binding resolution didn't pass.)

Apparently, even the mere mention of "Keith Oberman" on the air by a caller to Bill O'Reilly will set in motion what can only be described as a psychotic rambling of events perpetrated by the falafel-meister himself. Listen as Bill threatens his viewers with home visits by "Fox Security" and "local authorities" where they will "be held accountable" for their crime of mentioning a word on his show he doesn't like.

Conservative pundit Ann Coulter is clear on where she stands on politics. But where she votes is another matter.

Election officials in Palm Beach County, Fla., are reportedly investigating why Coulter voted in the wrong precinct in a local election in February - even though a poll worker tried to stop her.

Knowingly voting in the wrong precinct is a felony in Florida, and Coulter has hired a former U.S. attorney to defend her there.

The Black Jack, MO city council has rejected a measure allowing unmarried couples with multiple children to live together, and the mayor said those who fall into that category could soon face eviction.

Olivia Shelltrack and Fondrey Loving were denied an occupancy permit after moving into a home in this St. Louis suburb because they have three children and are not married.

Y'know, some people do weird things with their animals. They like to dress up squirrels in little outfits, or marry a dolphin. You think, "These people are nuts."

Then you find out what owners of Spanish greyhounds do to the dogs that "humiliate" them by hunting badly, and you wish to God that all these guys did was dress their dogs up in funny outfits or marry them. Fill the world with squirrel-dressers and dolphin-brides, if we can just be rid of these other so-called people.

As part of Cindy Sheehan's vigil outside of Bush's ranch in Crawford, Texas, her group has placed hundreds of white crosses, each bearing the name of an American soldier killed in Iraq, like her own son. This moving graphic display along the side of the road has been dubbed "Arlington in Crawford."

While very little of the display has been shown by the major media, it can't be missed by anyone heading to and from Bush's ranch. However, earlier this evening someone with a pickup truck and a pipe on chains fashioned behind it, ran over the crosses intentionally.
